The National Bhakti Team is seeking passionate and dedicated sevarthis to join our team as extended team members. Our goal is to support our organization's bhakti efforts and create a divine bhakti atmosphere, which can engage all mahatmas in bhakti bhaav and shuddha upyog.
In this role, the selected sevarthi will support the National Bhakti Team with a variety of planning and coordination tasks in preparation for bhakti events, including but not limited to:
Composing bhakti-related communications with various teams
Organizing and facilitating team meetings
Identifying new artists and musicians amongst mahatmas in North America
Evaluating interested singers in a fair and equitable manner
Developing GP bhakti related schedules (Bhakti night, break time bhakti, etc.) and coordinating with singers
The preferred sevarthi should:
Have a passion for bhakti and exposure to music and music technique, including familiarity with Dada’s pado (devotional songs)
Be able to work harmoniously with existing team members and understand the importance of practicing Dada's Gnan through the medium of Seva- (Kashai rahit manner)
Be able to understand the viewpoint of others without any preconceived notions
Be comfortable communicating with mahatmas using different modes of communication (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc) in a timely manner
Be familiar with different collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc. and be open to learn how to use these tools to support the team
Requirements:
Have taken Gnan for at least 3 years
Be actively engaged in Dada Bhagwan activities at the center, regional and/or national level
Be committed to attending 2-3 hours of meetings weekly throughout the year
