GP 2026 Stage Structure Construction Seva

We invite Sevarthis to participate in the construction of stage structures for our upcoming GP 2026 event in Jacksonville, Florida from July 27 through Aug 2, 2026.

This seva focuses on helping the Stage Construction team build the main stage structures in advance of GP, including the stage back wall, step walls, and other structural elements that will be used during the event. Most of this work will take place between the end of March and the end of April, with some flexibility extending into mid-May if needed.

The construction work will be carried out in South Jersey, therefore we encourage local Sevarthis or those who are able to travel to the South Jersey area on weekends during this time period.

Seva may include the following activities:

• Assisting with construction of the stage back wall, step walls, and other structural stage components
• Measuring materials accurately and preparing pieces for assembly
• Using common tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers during construction work
• Supporting the assembly of modular stage components under the direction of the Stage Construction leads
• Helping move and position construction materials when required
• Working collaboratively with other Sevarthis to complete construction tasks efficiently
• Following safety and construction guidelines provided by the Construction leads

Availability & physical requirements:

• Availability on weekends from the end of March through the end of April, with possible work extending into mid-May if required
• Ability to measure in inches and follow construction instructions
• Comfortable using common household tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drill, hammers)
• Ability to lift and move construction materials when needed
• Willingness to work as part of a team to complete structural build tasks

We invite Sevarthis to participate in the stage backdrop structure execution for our upcoming GP 2026 event in Jacksonville, Florida from July 27 through Aug 2, 2026.

This seva focuses on supporting the Stage Construction team with assembling the stage backdrop structure before GP, assisting with structural updates during GP, and helping dismantle the structure after the event. Sevarthis will also participate in preparation meetings prior to GP to understand the structure and assembly process.

Seva may include the following activities:

• Assisting with assembly of the modular stage backdrop structure prior to GP
• Supporting structural adjustments or updates to the stage during GP if needed
• Working closely with the Stage Construction leads and following assembly directions
• Measuring materials accurately using inch measurements
• Using basic tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and hammers during assembly work
• Helping lift and position structural components during stage setup
• Assisting with dismantling the stage structure after GP concludes

Availability & physical requirements:

• Ability to measure in inches and use common household tools
• Comfortable lifting heavier materials and assisting with structure assembly
• Preferred availability during the following periods:

  • July 25, 26, and 27 - Full-time support preferred for stage structure assembly

  • July 28 - July 31 - Part-time support during GP if structural adjustments are needed

  • August 2 - Full-time support preferred to assist with dismantling the structure after GP

GP 2026 - Selfie Booth & Decorative Installations Seva

We welcome Sevarthis who would like to contribute to d?cor setup and creative installations during our upcoming GP 2026 event in Jacksonville, Florida from July 27 through Aug 2, 2026.

This seva role centers on supporting the Production team with the installation and upkeep of the Selfie Booth and other decorative displays, along with joining execution planning discussions before GP.

Sevarthi responsibilities include:

• Helping assemble and install the Selfie Booth and other decorative displays
• Coordinating with fellow Sevarthis and following guidance from d?cor leads during setup activities
• Assisting with three major d?cor transitions during GP:

  • Initial installation

  • Update before Guru Purnima

  • Update before Gnan Vidhi

• Periodically checking d?cor setups during the day to ensure everything remains intact and presentable
• Making minor adjustments if any d?cor elements need repositioning or correction
• If available, helping with dismantling d?cor installations once GP concludes

Availability requirements:

• Preferred availability beginning July 26 for initial d?cor installation before GP begins
• Participation during GP dates July 27 - Aug 2
• Ability to assist with decorative setup tasks and coordination during the event
• Flexibility to respond to minor d?cor adjustments if needed

This seva opportunity focuses on helping prepare and manage stage decorations and stage transitions during the GP event, along with participating in a few coordination meetings prior to GP.
Sevarthi responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the preparation and arrangement of stage decorations
  • Supporting stage changeovers in coordination with other Stage Decoration Sevarthis after evening Satsangs
  • Major stage updates will take place the night before Guru Purnima, Pran Pratishtha, Gnan Vidhi, and General Day Satsang
  • Helping implement smaller stage adjustments throughout the event as needed
  • Resetting and maintaining the cleanliness of the stage floor after Satsang sessions
  • Following design instructions and maintaining attention to detail to ensure decorations appear aligned and visually balanced
  • If possible, assisting with stage dismantling after GP concludes
Availability requirements:
  • Preferred availability beginning July 25 - 26 for early stage setup before GP begins
  • Participation during GP dates July 27 - Aug 2
  • Willingness to assist with stage setup tasks and work efficiently during stage transitions

Gurupurnima (GP) 2026 - Special Needs - Wheelchair Seva

We need 40 Sevarthis to assist Mahatmas with wheelchair support during the Gurupurnima 2026 event at Hyatt Regency, Jacksonville, Florida.


Sevarthi Responsibilities

Sevarthis will assist Mahatmas using wheelchairs and ensure they are safely escorted between locations, including:

  • From Mahatma rooms to the Satsang Hall

  • From the Satsang Hall to the Dining Hall

  • From the Dining Hall back to their rooms

  • From the Satsang Hall to restrooms, as needed


Seva Requirements

  • Sevarthis should be physically capable of safely pushing wheelchairs and assisting Mahatmas.

  • Sevarthis should not be signed up for any other Seva during the event.

We are seeking dedicated sevarthies to join our Kitchen andDining Department in support of the upcoming GP 2026 event in Jacksonville, FL,from July 27th, 2026, through August 2nd, 2026.

Please see the below responsibilities for the Kitchen andDining Department related to Sevarthi.

Dining Hall Management - Coordinate with team membersto organize seating arrangements and ensure smooth flow during each meal periodin a timely manner. Uphold hygiene standards, properly maintain equipment andutensils, and manage waste effectively. Hotel staff will remove trash. Makenecessary announcements and collaborate with the team to optimize dining spaceand maintain clear entry and exit pathways.

Availability and Physical Requirements 

Ability to stand for at least 2-3 hours during each dining sessionin various kitchen duties. 

We invite all interested individuals to participate, andassigned responsibilities will be provided accordingly.

GP 2026 - Crowd Flow & Line Management Seva

Jsca Mahatmas. We are seeking dedicated Sevarthis to support our upcoming GP 2026 event in Jacksonville, Florida during July 27 through Aug 2, 2026.

This seva opportunity involves providing line management seva during the GP event and to attend few planning meetings prior to the GP.

Sevarthi responsibilities include:

  • Crowd flow & line management seva and general coordination during and after the Satsang, Guru Pujan, Pran Prathishta, Garba, Cultural program events 
  • Guiding and assisting mahatmas to designated lines for elevators, escalators, dining area, hotel rooms and restrooms etc.
  • Expect Seva hours to be approx. 4 to 5 hours daily during the GP event and approx. 2 hours per week prior to the GP event

Availability & physical requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 1-2 hours during various satsang events
  • We welcome volunteers with varying levels of physical availability and will assign duties accordingly

Hindi Online(Zoom) Satsang Coordination & Support
We are seeking Sevarthis to assist in hosting our Hindi Online Satsang sessions. This Seva involves managing the Zoom platform during satsang, including screen sharing and participant coordination. Sessions are every Thursday at 9:00 p.m. EST. This is a rotational seva — you will not be required to host every week.
Special Instructions:
A sincere and committed Sevarthi who can manage the technical aspects of Zoom efficiently, maintain a peaceful satsang atmosphere, and support the smooth running of the session. Training will be provided if needed.
