GP-2025 Crowd Coordination Team Seva

We require dedicated Sevarthis for the Crowd Coordination Team to assist in managing the lines at the escalators, elevators, and all public areas during Satsang breaks, meal times, and after the end-of-day events. This Seva requires full attendance and commitment from July 6th to July 11th. Sevarthis will have time to attend the Satsangs.

GP 2025 Special Needs Support Team Seva- ( Hospitality Team)

We are seeking dedicated Sevarthis to assist with the care of the special needs Mahatma (Wheelchair). This Seva requires full commitment from July 6th to July 11th, during which time the Mahatma will not be able to serve in other teams. This will be a full-time Seva; however, Satsangs will not be missed.

GP 2025 AV Team Seva

The AV team needs sevarthis to help for setup and teardown during Guru Purnima 2025.

July 4th, 3pm-9pm:

- 3x MHTs capable of heavy lifting for truck unloading

July 5th, 8am-6pm:

- 5x MHTs for audio cabling setup

- 3x MHTs for breakout room setup (AV equipment like speakers, projector, mics/mixers etc.)

July 6th, 10am-12pm:

- 3x MHTs for breakout setup (preferably same as above)

July 10th, 9pm-11pm:

- 3x MHTs for breakout room teardown (AV equipment like speakers, projector, mics/mixers etc.)

- 1x MHTs for FM

July 11th, 1pm-9pm:

- 5x MHTs for audio cabling teardown

- 3x MHTs for breakout room teardown (AV equipment like speakers, projector, mics/mixers etc.)

Same day (Jul 11), 3pm-9pm:

GP 2025 Food Serving Seva

The Sevarthi will be helping with serving Lunch and Dinner.  Please note: Sevarthi might miss Samayik because of early prep work. Also, they should plan to join the training meetings when they're scheduled.

GP 2025 Transportation & Parking Sevarthi Team

Seva requires a dedicated Sevarthi for the Transport (Shuttle) Team to help manage the lines at the shuttle stops, assist with boarding the buses, and provide support after the end-of-day events. This Seva requires full attendance and dedication from July 6th to July 11th. Sevarthis will have time to attend the Satsangs.

Photography during Pujyashree NA visit for San Jose area Only

Need Sevarthi who can support photography activities (This will be sub-team of photographers within AV National). The idea is to have a dedicated sub team of photographers who can take photos for the American tour of Pujyashree in San Jose area Only.

Skills preferred for photographers:
1. Creativity: Photographers should have an eye for composition, color, and lighting and be able to use these skills to create visually interesting and engaging images.
2. Attention to detail: photographers should be able to pay attention to small details in order to capture the perfect shot. Plus able to filter out subpar photos to minimize data load.
3. Passion and drive to learn new things and improve their craft.

GP 2025 Kitchen and Dining Procurement

Seva requires knowledgeable person understanding the GP food menu and procuring the required food in quantities for serving.  

1. Procurement includes proper ordering, shipping, storage, inventory and distribution of food items for serving. 
2. Sevarti must obtain necessary quotes and determine best possible procurement from recognized vendors. 
3. Sevarti must provide required budget for procurement and follow approval guidelines prior to purchase. 
4. Procurement will be for all Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner items.

GP 2025 Food serving Sevarthi Team POC

Require the individual to seek sevarthis to form a food serving team during GP 2025. Person to create groups of various teams to execute and manage Food serving during Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Ice cream events during all GP days and two days prior and two days after GP. Must be able to train all food serving sevarthis, overlook the execution of the food serving without any Kashay.  Training include sevarthis watch seva videos and follow hygienic requirements.

GP25 - Hall Management POC

The POC for overall hall management should be able to dedicate 4-5hrs per week till GP event. The POC sManage Zoom meetings, maintain documentation and coordinate with other sub-POCs for hall management. The person should have some leadership skills as well and be a good team player. The POC will also help create the planning and execution team for hall management. The POC candidate must be planning to attend the GP event.
