Gurupurnima registration & Hotel room request process:

Step 1: Click here to register yourself and your family members living with you at the same residential address. You will then need to select nut allergy, food preferences(Regular food, Jain food and Nut Free/Non-Spicy food), and special needs information for each family member.

Step 2: Complete the event information, enter each individual's tentative arrival & departure dates, and answer the three questions pertaining to the Hotel room requirement and members staying in the requested room(s). Select the appropriate Hospitality Assistance needed.

Step 3: Add members from another family in your room by entering his/her Member ID. Member ID information can be found on the confirmation email sent to the mahatma, once he/she has registered for this event. Please make sure the answer to "Hotel room required?" is No on their email.

Step 4: If you have any children between the ages of 1-12 years, please sign them up for LMHT activities.

Step 5: If you have any youth/young adult family members between the ages of 13-35, please sign them up for YMHT (13-17) or YMHT+ (18-35) activities.

Step 6: Verify and submit your Gurupurnima registration. Upon successful submission you will receive a confirmation email with a unique family member ID.

Step 7: After the 2nd week of March 2022, you will receive an email at the email address used to login and register for this event, instructing you to finalize your hotel room reservations. Please keep an eye out for this email.

Take the free PHX Sky Train® from Terminal 3 or 4 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station. From there, follow the walkway with moving sidewalks on level 2 to the elevator and escalator down to the Valley Metro Rail platform at 44th Street and Washington.  The PHX Sky Train® is designed for travelers with luggage and runs seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Trains arrive every 12-20 minutes, depending on day and time.
