Gurupurnima Canada - 2016

With Pujya Dadabhagwan's and Niruma's grace and with Pujya Deepakbhai's blessings, the Canada Dadabhagwan Parivar heartily invites all Mahatmas and Mumukshus with friends and family from around the world to celebrate Pujya Dada's Gurupurnima in Toronto, Ontario from July 14th to July 20th 2016.

There is no cost for event registration. Complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prasad will be served. Breakfast and Lunch will be available for Mahatmas arriving early on July 14th.

Important Information

Please take note, this year in 2016 there is a slight change in the flow of the registration and hotel booking process. The changes has been implemented to ensure a smoother and more efficient flow between our mahatmas and the Hotel. This has been done in order to avoid past challenges such as duplication of hotel guest-room bookings as well as no guest-room availability concerns for our mahatmas.

Step 1:

• Please register yourself as well as your family members living at the same residential address by clicking Register Button above.

• If you have already registered on this site before, please use your existing registered email address and password.

• If you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgot password link on the login page and it will be emailed to you.

• Please note: For every person who is not living with you, you will need to create a new separate registration with a different email address log in and password.

Step 2:

• You will be directed to a Hotel Room Request page.

• This will show you, your room requests.

• Please read the important information on this page.

• Once you have reviewed and completed the form please click the “accept and submit” button.

• Please note: You will STILL need to CONTACT the HOTEL DIRECTLY to make your Room Reservation, but that will happen in Step 4.

Step 3:

• Once your registration is verified and complete, you will receive an email with a unique Gurupurnima Registration Confirmation Number.

• The number will start with GP 2016.

• This is an important email.

• Please print it and keep it safe and accessible.

• Please note: Each individual registered to attend the GP event will have a unique Registration Confirmation number.

Step 4:

• You will receive instructions from our Gurupurnima Team within a month or so, that the Hotel is now open for guest-room reservations.

• Upon receipt of this email, you may go ahead and call the Hotel.

• You will be required to submit your Gurupurnima Registration Confirmation Number in order to reserve a Hotel guest-room.

• Please note: Hotel will NOT book any rooms without this Gurupurnima Registration Confirmation Number.

In order to make this a successful event, we need your help in ensuring you follow the instructions as outlined above. 

Airport Pick Up/Drop off Services:

We are pleased to have arranged Airport Transfers (Pick-up and Drop-off) for all mahatmas requiring these services with Midnight Limo Service Inc,

Charges per person per way are: Canadian $15.00 (inclusive of taxes and their luggage).

Once you contact Preeti, she will send you a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your e-mail as well as their contact details and further instructions/information.

Please Kindly Note:Those mahatmas who have special needs, please contact Preeti via e-mail and specify your special needs, as she will try and arrange something specific to your requirement. Depending on your situation charges may vary.

Once at the Airport: Instructions on how to get pre-arranged limo at Toronto Pearson International Airport:

Request the commissioner to page for Midnight Limo. The driver will wait for 1 hour after the flight has landed.
