Dear Mahatma,

Please note that this year there are slight changes in the registration flow and hotel booking process for the upcoming 2019 Gurupurnima event in Houston, Texas.

This change has been implemented to ensure a smoother and more efficient flow between our mahatmas and the hotel. This has been done in order to avoid past challenges such as the duplication of hotel guest-room bookings as well as concerns our mahatmas have raised around the lack of guest-room availability.

In order to make this a successful event, we need your help in ensuring that you follow the instructions as they are outlined below:

Step 1: Please register yourself as well as all of your family members living at the same residential address in the http://usevents.dadabhagwan.org website for the Gurupurnima Houston 2019 event. (Please note: For every individual who is not living at the same residential address as you are, you will need to create a new, separate registration with a different e-mail address, login and password.)

Step 2: You will be directed to the Hotel Registration page. This will show you your room(s) allocated to your family. You can use this page to indicate your preferences and room sharing information. Once you have reviewed and completed the form, please proceed to the next page.

Step 3: Once your registration is verified and complete, you will receive an e-mail with pertinent registration and Hotel room request details such as your name, Member ID number, registration confirmation number, arrival & departure dates. This is an important email. Please keep it safe and handy.

Step 4: In the first quarter of 2019, you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your room booking by providing your credit card details. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete your hotel room reservation. (Please note: You will NOT be calling the Hotel directly to book the hotel rooms. All room bookings will be done through the link sent to you in an e-mail once your room allotment is done.)
