WMHT Retreat 2017

National WMHT is cordially inviting all Married Women Mahatmas to the first National WMHT Shibir at Poconos, PA.

Dates: Thursday 28th September 2017 - Sunday 1st October 2017.

Venue: Mount Laurel Resort - PA-940, White Haven, PA 18661

Activities Include:

·       Satsangs, Outdoor / Indoor Activities, Garba, Bhakti, and More

·        Zoom satsang with Aptaputri

·        Optional activities available at extra cost.

Cost & Payment Information:

·        Cost is USD $260 per person for registrations with payment received by August 31st, 2017.

·        After August 31st, 2017 - the cost will be USD $285 per person.

·        Payment is acceptable using PayPal only (above cost includes PayPal charges).

Accommodation & Meals

·        Each room will be shared by four Behnos. (* Handicap accessible rooms are available upon request during registration). Would you like to share your room with specific mahatma due to health or disability issues ONLY? If yes, please include mahatma’s first name / last name and center she is from.

·        We plan to serve Vegetarian meals: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea-snacks & dinner starting from Thursday evening to Sunday noon.

Registration steps:

·        Go to the website: https://usevents.dadabhagwan.org/Events/EventList.aspx

·        Click on Register button next to WMHT Retreat 2017 and login with your current USEVENTS username & password on the USEVENTS website.

·        Include WMHT ID if available

·        Click Save & Continue to Event Registration.

·        On the next page, it will show you name(s) of mahatma(s).

·        Select the checkbox on the left of the name and the amount will be shown on the right.

·        Very Important – Please select Yes if you snore while asleep, so we can assign the cabins accordingly.

·       In case if assistance is needed please add in comments section if you need to share room with any other mahatmas provided in the form.

·       Click Save & Proceed to Payment. You will be directed to the PayPal Payment page.

·        Once you complete the payment in PayPal ONLY then you will receive confirmation page and email.

·        Your registration is only confirmed, if you receive a confirmation email from no-reply@us.dadabhagwan.org.

Transportation:

·        Transportation at no cost is only available to Mahatmas flying into Newark Airport with following conditions:

Fly to and from Newark Airport (EWR)

·         Arrive between 9:00AM EST - 4:00PM EST on Thursday September 28th, 2017

·        Departure Transportation from the Resort to EWR will be provided on Sunday October 1st, 2017.

·        Program will end by noon on Sunday October 1st and so please book your return flight accordingly. Resort is 2 hours from the airport.

Translation:

·        Translations will be available upon request only.

Cancellation:

·        Cancellation charge equivalent of 3 % of total amount will be charged anytime from the time of Registration till 31st August 2017.

·        After 31st August 2017 - a cancellation charge equivalent to 50 % of total amount will be charged.

We have limited space, so we request everyone to register as early as possible and spaces will be assigned on first come first serve basis.

• Each room will have two double beds.

• If you require special assistant room available upon request.

• Mahatmas taking flights:

• Transportation at no cost is only available to Mahatmas flying into Newark Airport with following conditions:

• Fly to and from Newark Airport (EWR)

• Arrive between 9:00AM EST - 4:00PM EST on Thursday September 28th, 2017

• Departure Transportation from the Resort to EWR will be provided on Sunday October 1st, 2017.

• Please include your flight details in the comment section. You may complete the information now and include the information as soon as you have in order to make proper transportation arrangement for you. Please include your First and Last Name, Arrival and Departure Date & Time, Airline flying with, Flight Number, Arrival Airport Code.

• Program will end by Noon on Sunday October 1st and so please book your return flight accordingly. Resort is 2 hours from the airport.

• We request mahatmas to make their own arrangements for transportation if driving or coming from North East Centers

• Mahatmas will have to make their own transportation arrangements if flying in and out of any airports other than EWR.
